Kol Nidrei Appeal

Three Mitzvot have the power to destroy any adverse decree that may exist:

Teshuvah/Repentance, Tefilah/Prayer, and Teddakah/Charity, as we recite at the prayer of Unetaneh Tokef.

To help with the Mitzvos of Tefillah and Teshuvah, Congregation B'nai Jacob's doors are always open to all who wish to participate. For the Mitzvah of Tzedakah, we will be making an appeal at Kol Nidrei, at which time you can fulfill this essential Mitzvah.

The yearly Kol Nidrei appeal provides a significant portion of the shul's annual operating income. This year, the Rabbi is looking to minimize the time spent during the Yom Kippur Kol Nidrei appeal by having people make their pledges before the holiday.

In addition, those who will not be able to join the services in person will also be able to participate in this important Mitzvah.
